You will receive a receipt of payment, allocation letter, and depending on the project, deed of assignment or certificate of occupancy (C of O) processing documents.
Absolutely. All our estates are properly titled with verifiable land documents. We carry out thorough due diligence before acquisition.
Once your payment is completed and allocation is done, you can begin development in accordance with the estate’s building guidelines.
Yes. We provide free site inspection and allow clients to carry out independent verification before purchase.
